Switchblade disguised as car remote

The item pictured here was recovered at a security checkpoint at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Courthouse, Annapolis, Maryland just before the subject entered the magnetometer. He voluntarily surrendered his switchblade, disguised as a car remote to the deputy at the checkpoint. The 1.5 inch blade was spring loaded and engaged by pressing the chrome button. The car remote also contained a lighter within the body. It was very detailed, including lock/unlock/trunk release icons on the top surface, as well as a red panic button on the side.
