MEMBERS OF CONGRESS SUPPORTS ATF S/A WILL CLARK
The NPDF has been actively supporting ATF S/A William Clark who appears to have been selectively prosecuted for 2nd Degree Murder in the US Virgin Island. A NPDF Investigation disclosed compelling
evidence the agent took appropriate police action to protect a neighbor who was the target of brutal domestic attack. It is suspected the local prosecution was retaliatory since federal agents on that island increased enforcement efforts that targeted official corruption, drug and gun trafficking activities. The NPDF formally requested the intervention of Congressman Peter King (Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee) and commends Congressman Lee for his proposed legislative support.

I recently appeared on CBS news regarding the proposed NJ legislation authorizing the medical use of marijuana. It is compelling legislation and we agree that no person should suffer from a life debilitating illness. However, this legislation will create an enforcement nightmare for the police. We will see a serious increase of prescription fraud that will result into a billion dollar industry similar to what we have seen with the illegal use of pain killers. There should be federal legislation introduced addressing this issue with clear cut safeguards and guidelines to prevent its misuse.
