SAFE COP LICENSE PLATES

The organizational license plate program is for NY and NJ.

NY_LICENSE_PLATE

The NY DMV application can be downloaded HERE. You must complete  the DMV application and get it notarized and returned with the proper payment to:

Englishtown, NJ 07726

You must have at least 3 months left before expiration on your current registration and we must have the original notarized form. No faxes can be accepted.

NJ_LICENSE_PLATE

The NJ DMV form cannot be downloaded from the website and must be ordered by calling the National Police Defense Foundation at 732-617-2330. Once you receive it, legibly complete the form and include a copy of your current registration with at least 3 months left before expiration.
