MORGANVILLE, NJ, AUGUST 26, 2008: Executive Director Joseph Occhipinti announced the posting of the $10,000 Safe Cop Reward in connection with the unsolved murder of Colleton County Deputy Sheriff Dennis Compton who was killed on August 6, 2008 by unknown assailants in Colleton County, South Carolina.

Any person having information relative to this police homicide is requested to contact the Colleton Sheriff’s Office at 843-549-2211, local FBI or National Police Defense Foundation at 888-SAFE COP.
